Welcome to TBook. These Terms of Service describe your rights and obligations when using the Services offered by TBook or our affiliates. Please read these Terms carefully, along with our Privacy Policy and any other terms referenced here. These Terms contain important provisions including indemnity, assumption of risks, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution mechanisms that may affect your rights.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

1. Introduction

TBook is the ultimate AI incentive layer that enables Web3 communities and projects to drive innovation at hyperscale. TBook is operated by TBook (“TBook,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your use of TBook’s website, mini app, smart contract infrastructure, and any other related platform or services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

TBOOK IS A TECHNOLOGICAL SERVICE PROVIDER ONLY. WE DO NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL SERVICES, INVESTMENT ADVICE, OR GUARANTEE ANY REWARDS. PROJECTS LISTED ON TBOOK ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN CAMPAIGNS.

2. Eligibility and Use of Services

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

2.2 Wallet and User Account

To access certain features, you may be required to connect a non-custodial digital wallet (for example, a Sui wallet) (“Digital Wallet”). When you connect your wallet, you become a “User” and may be asked to provide additional information such as a Telegram handle, email address, or username.

You agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information;
Maintain the security of your wallet and not share private keys;
Accept full responsibility for any activities conducted through your connected wallet.

TBook is not liable for any loss of access or misuse of your Digital Wallet.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Use the Services for any illegal activity, including money laundering or phishing;
Circumvent geo-blocking or jurisdictional restrictions via VPNs or proxies;
Interfere with the operation of the platform, smart contracts, or data integrity;
Use TBook in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any User or Digital Wallet at our sole discretion, especially if you are found to be engaged in fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

4. Developers and Campaign Creators

Projects and community developers who use TBook to launch campaigns or issue SBTs (“Creators”) must apply for a Creator Account. As a Creator, you agree to:

Provide accurate information for each campaign;
Ensure your incentives comply with local laws;
Not issue scam or misleading rewards.

TBook reserves the right to reject or remove campaigns at its sole discretion without prior notice.

5. Incentive Assets

TBook supports the distribution of various incentive assets (“Incentive Assets”), including but not limited to non-transferable Soulbound Tokens (SBTs), which serve as proof of user participation or community engagement. These Incentive Assets may grant users access to project-specific benefits or community status. Please note:

TBook does not guarantee any future utility or financial value of the Incentive Assets;
All Incentive Assets are non-transferable and cannot be traded unless otherwise explicitly stated;
TBook does not intervene in disputes between Users and campaign creators.

You are solely responsible for verifying the legitimacy and compliance of any campaign before participating.

6. Compliance and Restrictions

You agree that you are not:

A person or entity on any sanctions list, including OFAC, EU, or UN lists;
Located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction where use of the Services is prohibited;
Using the Services to engage in prohibited financial transactions.

We reserve the right to geo-block or restrict access to TBook based on IP address, jurisdiction, or other indicators.

7. Intellectual Property

TBook owns all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including trademarks, logos, design assets, UI/UX, and underlying smart contracts. You may not use our branding or modify any part of our software or UI without written permission.

8. Assumption of Risk

By using TBook, you acknowledge and accept that:

Interactions with blockchain and smart contracts carry inherent risks, including bugs, exploits, and gas fees;
Campaigns are created by third parties over whom TBook has no control;
Any loss of digital assets, credentials, or access due to smart contract failure or user error is your responsibility.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TBOOK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TBOOK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TBook and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top will be revised accordingly. If we make material changes, we may notify you via the homepage, Telegram bot, or by other reasonable means.
